Stefano Albergo

Stefano Albergo is an experienced IT support technician currently working at Teleperformance since September 2022, where responsibilities include troubleshooting customer issues, coordinating repairs, case follow-ups, coaching new hires, and translating communications from English to Italian. Prior to this, Stefano worked as a metal worker at Metal Midio from July 2020 to June 2022, focusing on creating metal press-bent items, installing windows and armored doors, and managing inventory. Additionally, Stefano gained experience at Officina Metalmeccanica Partipilo from August 2018 to June 2020, handling the transport, cutting, and assembly of metal windows and doors while organizing inventory and preparing electronic invoices. Currently enrolled in the School of Business and Trade, Stefano is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences, with an expected completion date in April 2024.
