Randy Thurman

Randy Thurman is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the private equity and life sciences sectors. As the Exec Chairman and Operating Partner since 2008, Randy has successfully transformed a biopharma company into a multi-billion dollar enterprise and launched a medical device company, while raising over $200 million in new capital. Randy has served as Executive Chairman and board member for various organizations, including Outlook Therapeutics and SyntoneBio. As the founder and CEO of VIASYS Healthcare Inc., Randy positioned the company for significant growth within the MedTech space. Committed to education and community service, Randy is a board member of the Distinguished Flying Cross Society and an advisor at Villanova University Law School, where contributions focus on entrepreneurship and law. Prior military service includes flying combat missions as a USAF pilot. Education credentials include degrees from Virginia Tech, Webster University, and an adjunct professor role at Merrimack College.
