Edward Tedford

Edward Tedford is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering and project management within the telecommunications and technology sectors. Currently serving as the LEO Landing Station Commissioning Lead at Telesat since August 2020, Edward has previously held key roles including Lead Project Engineer at L3Harris Technologies and Chief Engineer/Deputy Program Manager at General Dynamics Mission Systems. Edward's career began with positions such as Satellite Operations Analyst at Xplornet Communications and Technical Program Manager at Telesat Canada, among others. Edward holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Athabasca University, an Electronics Engineering Technologist degree from RCC College of Technology, and a High School Diploma.
