Taris Mullins

Taris Mullins is a seasoned professional in employee experience, recruitment, and leadership development, currently serving as the Global Employee Experience & Cultural Integration lead at Telesign since August 2021. Taris also functions as a Senior Leadership Facilitator for Loeb Leadership and founded TGM Consulting, LLC, where Taris serves as Principal Consultant. Prior roles include Senior Associate at Blue Meridian Partners, Senior Manager at WeWork, Project Manager at Color Of Change, and Associate Director at The Leadership Academy. Taris co-founded The COR Foundation and held various leadership positions in higher education, demonstrating a strong commitment to equity-focused interventions and effective team management.
