Delfi Gunardy

Delfi Gunardy is an accomplished professional in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as the Manager of Connectivity & Internet Based Platform O&M at Telin (PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia International) since July 2012. With experience in various managerial and operational roles, Delfi has overseen the productivity of Digital Operation teams, managed messaging services, and handled real-time fault resolutions related to IP and content services. Previous positions include leading a 24x7 NOC team and working in customer interface management. Delfi's career began at Telekomunikasi Indonesia, where problem-solving for IP services was a key focus, and prior experience includes a role in Software DevOps at PT.PLN (Persero). Delfi holds a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Institut Sains dan Teknologi Nasional and a Diploma in Computer Engineering from Telkom University.
