Catharine Small, MS, MBA, currently serves as the Manager of Global Talent Acquisition at Telix Pharmaceuticals Limited since June 2023. With a robust background in talent acquisition, Catharine previously held senior leadership roles at IntegriChain, where responsibilities included managing global and U.S. talent acquisition teams, and at Cielo Talent, overseeing recruitment at Sanofi. Experience at Korn Ferry involved leading global candidate care for Biogen and executing commercial expansion strategies for Intercept. Earlier roles included talent acquisition specialties at Novartis and operational roles at Office Furniture Concepts and PeopleShare, contributing to business development and digital strategy.
