Laura Marvin is a seasoned Leadership and Team Development Consultant and Executive Coach with extensive experience in consulting and coaching across various organizations. Since founding Laura Marvin Consulting in 2003, Laura has focused on team alignment and development, accelerating team performance. Current roles as a Senior Consultant at the Telos Institute and Facilitator and Coach for EngagedLeadership emphasize leadership development and change management. Additionally, as a Facilitator/Consultant at BlessingWhite, Laura engages in talent assessments and implementation of talent strategies. Previous roles at IBM involved leadership and organization development, with a strong emphasis on creating impactful leadership education strategies.
