Robert Schultek

Robert Schultek is a seasoned business leader with extensive experience in various roles across multiple industries. As a co-founder and managing partner at Grolistic since 2010, Robert also serves as a senior consultant at the Telos Institute, focusing on transformative development in strategy, leadership, and change. Previously, Robert held positions such as director of client relations at ChanTest Corporation and vice president of global sales at Electric Device Corporation. Additionally, leadership roles include CEO/partner at Automated Packaging Systems, vice president of marketing and sales at Arthronix Corporation, chief operating officer at IPC Automation, and president/partner at RAE Corporation. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and furthered education at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
