Justin Caswell

Justin Caswell is an experienced telecommunications professional with a strong leadership background in various roles across prominent companies. Currently serving as the Head of Telstra Wholesale Mobility at Telstra Wholesale, Justin oversees the mobility business unit that caters to Mobile Virtual Network Operators and IoT partners. Prior roles include leading innovation and strategy teams and managing pricing strategies at Telstra Wholesale, as well as directing business propositions at Telstra. Justin's earlier experience encompasses key positions at Optus, Vodafone New Zealand, and Vodafone Samoa, where responsibilities ranged from P&L management to marketing and product development. Justin holds a Master of Science in Management from Boston University and dual bachelor's degrees in Accounting and Finance, and Psychology from the University of Canterbury.
