Shannon Zimmerman

Shannon Zimmerman currently serves as the Vice President of Artificial Intelligence at TELUS International, starting in July 2024, and leads a team of AI professionals while driving business growth and enhancing customer experiences with AI solutions. Since January 2017, Shannon has been a State Representative in the Wisconsin State Assembly. Prior positions include Chief Revenue Officer at Summa Linguae Technologies from January 2020 to July 2024, EVP Global Content Solutions at AMPLEXOR International from January 2018 to April 2019, and CEO of Sajan, Inc. from January 1997 to January 2018.
