Paul Phua

Paul Phua is a Senior Manager at Temasek Polytechnic, overseeing online and microlearning course partnerships and business operations, with a focus on collaborations with major partners such as Gnowbe, Udacity, OpenLearning, and SkillsFuture Singapore. Paul began their career at Temasek Polytechnic in 2005 as an IT lecturer, teaching programming, data structures, and web SEO while supervising student projects and providing counseling. Paul also served as an Independent Certified Coach, Teacher, and Speaker with the John Maxwell Team from 2012 to 2018, gaining expertise in leadership development training.
