Martin Bailey

Martin Bailey is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology and innovation leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Innovation and Ecosystem at Temenos since May 2000, Martin has successfully doubled the acquisition of new fintech partners within the last two years. Previously, Martin held roles such as Director of Innovation, focusing on turning ideas into marketable inventions, and as Product Director for Enterprise Technology, leading a large team responsible for the underlying technology of Temenos products. Prior experiences include a team leader position at Petards, where Martin managed the delivery of safety-critical bespoke solutions, and an Information Systems Engineer role at BP, which involved significant management training and contributions to the pan-European Systems Program. Martin's educational background includes multiple degrees from the University of Hertfordshire and The Open University, specializing in business, marketing, technology management, and computer software engineering.
