Marlene Harding is a seasoned consultant specializing in talent management and organizational development, currently serving as a Principal Talent Management and Organization Development Consultant at Exelon since October 2021. With over a decade of experience through Inside Out Solutions, LLC, Marlene focuses on leadership development, strategic planning, and executive coaching.
