Brad Lupien

Brad Lupien has extensive experience in education and youth development, currently serving as a Board Member for Temple Solel since July 2020 and as President & CEO of arc After School & Experiential Education since September 2001. At arc, Brad leads initiatives that provide expanded learning opportunities for underserved youth, including after-school programs and career readiness training. In addition, Brad is a Board Advisor for Just in Time for Foster Youth, focusing on supporting youth transitioning out of the foster care system. Other notable roles include founding CORE Educational Services and serving on the boards of Education Synergy Alliance and Interfaith Family. Brad’s career began in education, teaching and counseling students with behavioral challenges in Boston Public Schools. Brad holds a BSW in Social Work from the University of Vermont and an M.A.T in Education from Simmons University.
