Gizem Çiker

Gizem Kaya is a Regulatory Affairs Specialist at Doğruer Gümrük Müşavirliği since March 2022, focusing on compliance with regulations for food and pet products and ensuring product labeling aligns with the Turkish Food Codex. Prior experience includes a role as a Production Engineer at HUB Yiyecek, where Gizem determined and executed production plans in response to demand, and an internship at AVOD, where responsibilities included HACCP applications, R&D activities, and quality control. Earlier work experience also includes a short-term position at Coal Creek Inn during a work and travel program. Gizem holds a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology from Slovenská pol'nohospodárska univerzita v Nitre and another Bachelor's degree from Ege University, complemented by a high school diploma in Science from Bursa Atatürk Anatolian High School.
