Kim Wylie

Kim Wylie is a seasoned professional in people development and organizational change management, currently serving as a Board Advisor at Temporall since June 2018. Previously, Kim held the position of Vice President, People at Builder.ai from September 2023 to October 2024. At FARFETCH from August 2018 to August 2023, Kim contributed as Senior Director of People Development and Global Director of People Development & Change. Kim’s extensive tenure at Google from September 2006 to July 2018 included various leadership roles, culminating in the position of Global Head: Change & Culture at Google Cloud. Early career experiences included roles as Training Manager at Accord Marketing and Digital Product Trainer at Thomson Reuters. Kim holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Commercial Law, and Economics from Victoria University of Wellington, a Post Graduate degree in the Psychology of Change and Organisational Development from the University of Bedfordshire, and a Certificate in Brain Based Coaching from the NeuroLeadership Institute.
