Stefan van der Elst

Stefan van der Elst is a seasoned technical and engineering manager with extensive experience in software development and operations. Currently serving as Technical Manager and Engineering Manager at TWD since January 2021, Stefan previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer at ParaPy, focusing on automating engineering processes through Python-based software. Stefan has also been the Managing Director and Chief Technology Officer at KE-works, where responsibilities included driving business growth and overseeing product development for SaaS solutions. Stefan's academic background includes a PhD candidacy at Delft University of Technology, with research centered on engineering design knowledge, following a Master’s degree in Aerospace, specializing in Knowledge Based Engineering from the same institution.
