Tom Donovan

Tom Donovan is a communications expert with extensive experience in the biotechnology sector. As the founder of Lyrebird Consulting since October 2020, Tom provides strategic counsel to mission-driven teams focused on sustainable biotechnologies. Concurrently, Tom serves as a consultant for Ten Bridge Communications, where strategic support is offered to leading therapeutics companies. Previous roles include Director of Communications at Nexvet, where Tom contributed to the company's acquisition by Zoetis, and Communications Advisor for the Hush Music Foundation, which integrates the arts into healthcare. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Bioscience Enterprise and a Bachelor’s in Biomedical Science from the University of Auckland.
