Sean Boes

Sean Boes is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Tile Redi since August 2017, Sean also holds positions as a Strategic Advisor and Operating Partner at Ten Oaks Group since January 2020. Previously, Sean was the Chief Operating Officer at Refrigerated Solutions Group from May 2020 to April 2022 and worked as an Associate at McKinsey & Company from June 2016 to August 2017. Earlier career achievements include roles at Celgard and the United States Army, as well as academic experience as a Neuropsychology Research Assistant at Michigan State University. Sean holds an M.B.A. from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, an MSE in Operations Research from Florida Institute of Technology, and a BSE in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan.
