Katrin Drescher

Katrin Drescher is a seasoned professional in globalization and localization, currently serving as the Director of Globalization at Tenable since January 2018. Drescher is also the Owner of Way Forward Online, providing career, performance, and life coaching since August 2017, and has been a Leadership Coach with First100 Ltd since 2017. Previous experience includes over a decade at Symantec, where responsibilities ranged from Senior Manager of Globalization, overseeing extensive multilingual content delivery, to leading the EMEA Language Solutions Team and implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Drescher began their career at Lionbridge as a Language Lead and has held various positions, including Assistant to the Head of Air Traffic Control at DFS Deutsche Flugsicherung GmbH. Academic qualifications include a Master of Arts in Applied Linguistics from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and multiple coaching certifications from the Irish Lifecoach Institute.
