Dimple Keshav

Dimple Keshav is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and team leadership. Currently serving as Director at Tenerity since 2021, Dimple leads a multi-disciplinary team across North America and the UK, focusing on marketing and data setup as well as benefit delivery. Prior to Tenerity, Dimple excelled as Operations Delivery Senior Manager at cxLoyalty from 2013 to 2021, overseeing critical projects and managing vendor relations, and held the position of Partner Operations Manager earlier in that tenure, where Dimple managed subscription programs for major US banks. Dimple's career began at Affinion Group, progressing through roles as Senior Analyst, Analyst, and Membership Billing Coordinator. Dimple holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Affairs from Indiana University Bloomington.
