Lise Haavi

Lise Haavi is an experienced professional in client services and operations management, currently serving as the Director of Client Services at Tenerity since August 2020. In this role, Lise secures infrastructure for product and service development, oversees project management and client launches, and collaborates with the international team to address Nordic client needs. Previously, Lise held the position of Head of Operations Nordic at cxLoyalty, where responsibilities included managing a Nordic Contact Centre and restructuring operations.
