Kim Stukenborg, MBA, is an accomplished business leader with a strong background in operations and finance. Currently serving as an Operating Advisor at Tenex Capital Management since June 2024, Kim previously held the position of President & Chief Operating Officer at Inspire Aesthetics Group and MD Now Urgent Care, where significant achievements included leading Florida’s largest urgent care group to a remarkable 3.2x EBITDA increase and doubling EBITDA margins. Kim's extensive experience also encompasses roles such as Vice President of Shared Services at United Site Services and Director of Financial Effectiveness Management Consulting at PwC. Kim holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Accounting from The Ohio State University and an MBA in Finance from Xavier University.
