Amy Profant

Amy Profant is an experienced Curriculum and Workforce Strategist at the Tennessee Board of Regents (TBR), a position held since May 2022, after previously serving as the TN Pathways Regional Coordinator for the Upper Cumberland from October 2018 to May 2022. In these roles, Amy has focused on building sustainable relationships among local school districts, postsecondary institutions, and community leaders to enhance regional communication and collaboration. Prior to TBR, Amy worked as an Academic Career Coach for Putnam County Schools from April 2015 to October 2018, where responsibilities included developing college and career readiness strategies for students in grades 4-12 and fostering partnerships with local businesses. Amy holds a Master's degree in Counselor Education/School Counseling and Guidance Services from Tennessee Technological University.
