Mark Schel

Mark Schel is an experienced professional in compensation and benefits with a robust background in human resources. Currently serving as the Lead Reward & Benefits at TenneT since May 2021, Mark previously held several key positions, including Director People and Organisation at PwC Nederland and Director Compensation and Benefits at KLM Royal Dutch Airlines. Mark’s expertise encompasses HR analytics, transformation, and labour relations, demonstrated through roles such as Senior Advisor at AWVN and Manager of Human Resource Services at PwC Nederland. Mark began their career as a Consultant at ERAC B.V., specializing in European Structural Funds. Academically, Mark holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Radboud University and has recently completed further education at Vlerick Business School.
