Rutger Ouwendijk

Rutger Ouwendijk is a seasoned Cost Engineer currently at TenneT TSO B.V. since January 2023, focusing on labor, materials, and equipment cost estimation for project profitability analysis. Prior to this role, Rutger was a Cost Engineer at Brunel and a Senior Business Consultant/Business Analyst at ORTEC from 2010 to 2022, providing expertise on the Capital Cost Estimating Tool for Royal Dutch Shell, as well as managing project teams and enhancements.
