Tom Steegh

Tom Steegh is an accomplished Agile Coach at TenneT TSO B.V., where responsibilities include fostering innovation and value creation in the energy sector. As the founder of Impact Studio, Tom empowers organizations to build effective innovation ecosystems. Previously, as Head of Product Innovation at Cadac Group, Tom established a corporate venture-building hub and led product development using various strategic frameworks. Prior experience includes Digital Delivery Lead at thinkproject, where Tom shaped digital transformation for major European projects, and various managerial roles at Royal BAM Group, focusing on digital transformation and product development in the construction industry. Tom holds multiple degrees from Eindhoven University of Technology, including a Master of Science in Information Technology for Construction and Architectural Engineering.
