Courtney Simmons

Courtney Simmons has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Worldwide HR Business Partner for the Semiconductor and System Test Divisions at Teradyne since June 2000. Previously, Courtney held the roles of Global HR Field Director and HR Business Partner within the same company, focusing on strategic HR initiatives for Global Sales and Service in the Semi Test Division. Earlier experience includes an internship and co-op position at Trilogic Systems from June 1997 to September 1999. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Management from Bentley University, attained between 2003 and 2007, and a BBA in Finance and Operations Management from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst, completed from 1996 to 2000.
