Nadia Asonganyi

Nadia Asonganyi is an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in leading agile teams and driving collaboration in technology-focused environments. Currently serving as Scrum Master II at Teradyne since May 2022, Nadia manages two teams within the DevOps group, contributing to innovative testing solutions. Prior to this role, Nadia worked at Cellarity as Scrum Master II, focusing on redefining drug discovery methods. Experience also includes leading as Agile Scrum Master at System Soft Technologies, where Nadia addressed IT challenges and fostered a respectful workplace, as well as serving as a Scrum Master at Kaiser Permanente, enhancing business growth through effective risk management and team support. Educationally, Nadia holds a Bachelor of Education in Educational Psychology from the University of Buea, completed in 2019.
