Jorge Alberto Elizondo Leal

Jorge Alberto Elizondo Leal is currently an Industrial Planning Global Trainee at Ternium, focusing on monitoring performance and cost reduction in production lines at the Guerrero Plant. Previously, as a Steelmaking Operations Global Trainee at Ternium, responsibilities included projects to decrease delays in melting furnaces and ensuring safe use of equipment. Jorge also served as a Process Engineering Intern at Metalsa, where key contributions involved managing process indicators, implementing Kaizen projects, and preparing various quality assurance documentation, in addition to participating in audits. Earlier experience as a Quality Intern at Metalsa included monitoring quality indicators and reducing quarantines for contract manufacturing suppliers. Jorge holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Facultad de Ingenieria Mecanica y Electrica, with studies completed in December 2023.
