Miguel Argueta

Miguel Argueta is a seasoned professional in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as Director de Desarrollo Organizacional y Talento Humano at Ternova since January 2017. Prior to this role, Miguel held the position of HR Manager for Costa Rica at Kimberly-Clark from April 2013 to December 2016 and notable HR managerial roles across Costa Rica, Panamá, Honduras, and El Salvador with Unilever from September 2003 to April 2013. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Human Resources Development from IESE Business School (2020), a Certificate in Digital Transformation from MIT Sloan School of Management (2019), an M.B.A. from Universidad Centroamericana 'José Simeón Cañas'​ (2001), and a degree in Industrial Engineering from the same institution (1998).
