Mike Pearce

Mike Pearce is an experienced professional with a strong background in asset acquisition, project funding, and distribution management. Currently serving as Asset Acquisition Lead at Terra Firma since July 2024, Mike previously held the role of Project Funding Manager at The Sun Exchange from September 2021 to June 2024, where significant funding was secured for renewable energy initiatives. Prior experience includes Distributor Manager for Luxury brands in Sub-Saharan Africa at Coty from August 2017 to August 2021, and a Trade Marketing Manager for Bio-Oil at Evolabs from January 2013 to August 2017, where Mike gained expertise in skincare category insights and distribution. Mike's educational background includes a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management and a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Cape Town, along with a high school diploma from Diocesan College (Bishops).
