Jan-Lukas Pflaum

Jan-Lukas Pflaum is a Data/ML Engineer at Terra One since May 2024, specializing in energy trading for large battery storage solutions. Previously, Jan-Lukas served as a Data Scientist at urban energy GmbH from August 2019 to April 2024, where a Master’s Thesis focused on reinforcement learning for strategic bidding in virtual power plants achieved a top grade. Additional experience includes positions as a Data Scientist Working Student, Bachelor's Thesis at Mercedes-Benz.io, and roles across various companies such as Hubject GmbH and Porsche AG in customer excellence management and software testing. Jan-Lukas holds a Master of Science in Information Systems Management from Technische Universität Berlin and the University of Lisbon, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Wirtschaftsinformatik from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin.
