Donna Cline

Donna Cline is a seasoned professional in environmental engineering and remediation with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior Associate and Senior Environmental/Remediation Engineer at Terracon since January 2018, Donna has previously held key positions, including Senior Project Manager and Senior Engineer at Action Environmental, as well as Regional Engineer and Principal Consultant at Intertek PSI. Earlier roles feature work as an Environmental Engineer at HSA Engineers & Scientists and Environmental Department Manager at Nodarse & Associates. Donna began the career as a Senior Project Engineer at WRS Infrastructure & Environment and served as Professional Engineer III at St. Johns River Water Management District.
