Andrew Hicks

Andrew Hicks currently serves as the Head of Global Programs at Terraformation, with previous experience as Director of Program Strategy and Senior Program Manager for Digital Green, where support was provided to agricultural agencies and farmer cooperatives to enhance productivity and sustainability. Prior to that, Andrew led business development initiatives at iDE for various country offices in Africa and Asia, and co-directed the agri-finance program at One Acre Fund in Tanzania. Early career experiences include serving as an Agriculture Extension Volunteer with the Peace Corps in Tanzania and working as a Product Engineer at ClimaCool Corp. Andrew holds a Master of Agriculture in International Agriculture from Oklahoma State University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Oklahoma Christian University, along with Lean/Six Sigma Certification from the University of Oklahoma.
