Lisa Swartzman

Lisa Swartzman is currently the Director at TerrAscend. Prior to their current position, Lisa held various finance positions at HiBnb, BGO Advisory, and TerrAscend. In May 2014, Lisa started their role as Vice Chair at AirBoss of America and held that position until December 2019. From January 2012 to December 2014, Lisa was the Corporate Finance Advisor at Canada Goose Inc., where they successfully led the owner monetization/growth capital process, resulting in the sale of the majority interest of Canada Goose to Bain Capital. Lisa has also served as Board Director and Treasurer at Distress Centres of Greater Toronto.

Lisa Swartzman has an ICD.D from the Institute of Corporate Directors, an MBA in Finance from Queen's University, and a BA in Economics from Western University. Lisa also has a certification from the Institute of Corporate Directors in ICD.D.
