Enrico Salvatori serves as a full-time winemaker at Terre Cevico Soc. Coop Agricola since July 2011, specializing in red wine production, particularly Sangiovese, and managing both indigenous and classical white wine varieties. Enrico is actively involved in the aging and bottling processes while developing products for Canadian and Northern European markets, as well as private label wines for the UK and Far East. Previous roles include enologist at CANTINE GIACOMO MONTRESOR SPA, winemaker and estate manager at Tenuta Masselina, and various positions at wineries such as Saronsberg and Cuvaison that provided diverse winemaking experiences. Academic background includes a degree in viticulture and enology from the Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna and ongoing education at The Institute of Masters of Wine.
