Matthias Heuer

Matthias Heuer is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the medical device industry, currently serving as Vice President EMEA and Managing Director at Terumo Aortic since April 2018. Prior to this role, Matthias held various leadership positions at Vascutek from October 2011 to March 2018, including Managing Director for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, and Country Manager Germany. Matthias also served as Country Manager for Austria at CR Bard from May 2009 to September 2011, with full sales and P&L responsibility. Previous roles at CR Bard included Business Unit Manager for Oncology Germany and Sales Manager for Vascular Access, alongside a foundational position as a Sales Representative. Matthias holds a Diploma in Biomedical Engineering from Hamburg University of Applied Sciences, completing studies in 1997.
