Nita Mesiäinen

Nita Mesiäinen is the co-founder of Mindscape Media Oy, a multi-channel media focusing on mental health themes, aimed at fostering open discussions about mental health in an authentic and uncensored manner. Additionally, Nita serves as a motivational speaker at Speakersforum Finland, sharing personal experiences of resilience and the importance of mental health in the workplace. Nita has a robust background in nursing, currently employed as a registered nurse at Terveystalo and previously at SYNLAB Suomi and Fimlab, where responsibilities included sample collection and customer service. Nita holds a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from JAMK University of Applied Sciences and a cosmetology diploma from Etelä-Suomen kosmetologikouluhoitola.
