Shilpa Ahluwalia

Shilpa Ahluwalia is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Group Customer and Colleague Operations Director at Tesco since September 2022. Prior to this role, Shilpa accumulated extensive experience at BT from 2006 to 2017, holding various director-level positions including Director of Customer Experience & Go-to-Market, Director of Service Excellence, and Director of Service Delivery within BT Central Business Services. Shilpa began the career at Omnicom Group as an intern in early 2005. Shilpa holds a BA Hons in German and Business Studies from the University of Warwick and completed a year abroad at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München.
