I come from the recruiting world and have worked for both agencies and in-house. I founded Tessellate because I want to work with businesses that I am passionate about and would want to work at myself. Tessellate will only ever work with recruitment parters who are exciting, forward-thinking and have a positive impact on the social causes closest to my heart.

I know the challenges that come with building successful product teams because I've worked in them.

My on-the-ground experience in the AI/startup/mission-driven space means that I understand what product teams need (and don't need!) to build their rocket ship. ​
