Nataliya Zahayska

Nataliya Zahayska is a Quality Assurance Tester at TestDevLab, with prior experience as a Quality Assurance Intern at Genesis, where responsibilities included managing customer complaints and providing solutions in both Spanish and English. Nataliya has also served as a Help Desk Support Specialist at SoftServe Business Systems. Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, along with training from SoftServe IT Academy and Logos IT Academy.
