Josh Sommer

Josh Sommer serves as Managing Director and CFO for Consumer Banking, Technology and Operations at Texas Capital since April 2022. Prior to this role, Josh held the position of Managing Director and CFO of Technology and Operations at Charles Schwab from November 1997 to March 2022, where extensive experience was gained as a financial professional for a Fortune 500 industry leader. Josh has a proven ability to collaborate with senior management to identify and implement strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness and profitability amid varying industry conditions. Earlier in their career, Josh was the Ranch Manager at Sommer Vineyards for a brief period in 1997. Josh holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Arizona's Eller College of Management and completed Executive Education at The Wharton School’s Securities Industry Institute.
