Cameron Potter

Cameron Potter is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in higher education and organizational development. Currently serving as an Employee Success Manager and Senior Consultant for Learning & Development at Texas Christian University since October 2019, Cameron focuses on employee engagement and organizational strategy within the Human Resources department. Prior experience includes the role of Assistant Director of Campus Recreation - Outdoor Programs at Texas Christian University from January 2015 to 2019, and Director of Education at Dream Center Academy from August 2007 to December 2014. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy in Education: Curriculum Studies from Texas Christian University, a Master of Arts in Adventure Education from Prescott College, and a Bachelor of Science in Education from Multnomah University. Additionally, Cameron attended Christian Academy Japan from 1988 to 2000.
