Kristen Lusk Smith

Kristen Lusk Smith is an accomplished finance and real estate educator currently serving as an Instructor of Finance and Real Estate at Texas Christian University since October 2022. Smith also holds positions as an Assistant Director and Adjunct Professor, teaching Real Estate Principles. In addition to academic roles, Smith is the Founder of Achieve Coaching and has been a Board Member at the Lusk Center for Real Estate at the University of Southern California since 1992. Smith's professional experience includes roles as a Sales Agent at Walnut Creek Realty, a Broker-Sales Person with Chase International, and previous senior management at Zonda. Smith's educational background includes an MBA in Real Estate Finance from the University of California, Berkeley, and a B.A. in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Southern California.
