Claudia Leal

Claudia Leal possesses extensive experience in executive operations support and program management within various Texas state agencies. Currently serving as Executive Operations Support at the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles since April 2018, Claudia has a proven track record of providing high-level management assistance. Previously, Claudia held the role of Program Specialist V in the Medicaid and CHIP Division at the Texas Health and Human Services Commission, where responsibilities included managing operational issues related to the STAR Kids project. Additional experience includes supporting initiatives at the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services and serving as a Staff Services Officer for the Mental Health and Substance Abuse Division at the Texas Department of State Health Services. Claudia holds multiple certificates in Organizational Leadership, Strategy Execution, and Leadership Principles from Harvard Business School Online, as well as an associate's degree in the Obstetrics and Gynecology Program from Austin Community College.
