Adam Vest

Adam Vest is an experienced Surveyor with a diverse background in land surveying, construction layout, and renewable energy projects. Currently serving as a Surveyor III at the Texas Department of Transportation since June 2022, Adam provides support for right of way, design, and construction projects. Adam's expertise extends to renewable energy at Timmons Group, where work focuses on wind and solar farms. With a career that began in 1992 at Kimley-Horn and includes significant roles at Halff Associates and Vest Consultants, Adam has accumulated extensive experience in land development, utilities, and heavy civil construction. Adam holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering from Texas A&M University-Commerce, obtained in 1990.
