Tony Warden

Tony Warden serves as the Senior Vice President of Member Experience and Head of Operations at TDECU, overseeing various operational areas including Retail Operations, Card Services, and Mortgage Servicing. Warden also leads Remote Services and Loan Resolutions, focusing on collections and recovery strategies across multiple lending types. In addition to current responsibilities at TDECU, Warden contributes as faculty at the Consumer Bankers Association's Executive Banking School and participates in the Default Management Committee. Previous experience includes senior consulting at Analytic Focus, operations leadership at USAA Federal Savings Bank, and various senior roles at multiple financial institutions. Warden holds an honors graduate degree from the CBA Executive Banking School and has received recognition for contributions to banking education and operational excellence throughout a distinguished career spanning several decades.
