Shelli Egger

Shelli Egger serves as the Managing Attorney for the Legal Aid for Survivors of Sexual Assault at Texas Legal Services Center, Inc., since March 2022. Prior to this role, Shelli was a Staff Attorney with Texas RioGrande Legal Aid from February 2010 to February 2022, focusing on domestic violence and family law. Shelli also owned a law practice, the Law Office of Shelli Lyons Egger, from January 2008 to January 2010, and was a partner at Egger & Davis, Attorneys at Law, between February 2007 and January 2008. Shelli's legal career began at the Texas Attorney General's Office as an Attorney from January 2006 to January 2007. Shelli holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from The University of Texas School of Law, obtained between 2002 and 2005, and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Criminal Justice from The University of Texas at San Antonio, completed in 2002.
