Ashley Rosenfeld

Ashley Rosenfeld is the current TRF Chair at the Texas Restaurant Association. Prior to this, they worked as a finance intern at the Westin St. Francis Union Square from March 2011 to December 2011. There, they rotated through all accounting functions of the hotel, including accounts receivable and accounts payable, payment reconciliation, audits and events. Ashley also utilized SAP to aggregate all financial transactions for the entire facility on a daily basis.

Ashley Rosenfeld has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Houston, as well as a M.S. in Hospitality Management from the same school. Ashley also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from the University of Houston. Ashley began their educational career with an Associate of Arts (A.A.) in Baking and Pastry Arts/Baker/Pastry Chef from The Culinary Institute of America.
